2015 District Projections: Class 2A, Regions III & IV – Districts 5, 6, 7 & 8

District projections for Class 2A – Regions III & IV for the 2015 season.

REGION III

District 2A-5
1. Cambridge Christian
2. Carrollwood Day
3. Seffner Christian
4. Bradenton Christian
5. Out-of-Door

Comment: This is district is interesting as Cambridge Christian, Carrollwood Day and Seffner Christian could all battle it out for the playoff spots. Bradenton Christian is a team that is hard to tell each year what kind of season they will have and Out-of-Door will struggle this season after the recent coaching change the Thunder had this summer.

District 2A-6
1. Indian Rocks Christian
2. Northside Christian
3. Admiral Farragut

Comment: Things are going to be interesting in this district as all three teams could be playoff contenders, but we feel for now that Indian Rocks Christian and Northside Christian are the top two teams that will dominate the district and reach the playoffs.

REGION IV

District 2A-7
1. First Baptist (Naples)
2. Marco Island Academy
3. Evangelical Christian
4. Moore Haven
5. Southwest Florida Christian
6. St. John Neumann
7. Community School

Comment: We still expect First Baptist to dominate this district and win the district title, however we could see a three-way race between Marco Island Academy, Evangelical Christian and Moore Haven for the runner-up spot. Southwest Florida Christian and Community School reenter district play this season while St. John Neumann moves on to their third head coach in three seasons this year.

District 3A-8
1. Glades Day
2. Dade Christian
3. Champagnat
4. Village Academy

Comment: We expect Glades Day to easily dominate this district that no longer includes Jupiter Christian while we expect Dade Christian to be the runner-up. Champagnat has a new head coach and will be rebuilding this year while we are very much uncertain what Village Academy will do this seaso.
