Below the Top 5 are the regional rankings for Class 2A, showing you how teams are ranked in each of the four designated FHSAA regions.

Class 2A Top 5

1. University Christian, 1-0, NR
Comment: The Christians rise up from unranked to top ranked after blowing out what was suppose to be a good 3A Providence team to open the season.

2. Victory Christian, 0-1, 3
Comment: Despite losing, Victory Christian, rises to No. 2 in what was a very close game against 6A Pasco.

3. Northside Christian, 1-0, 5
Comment: Went on the road for about four hours and easily defeated 1A Lafayette.

4. Indian Rocks Christian, 0-1, 1
Comment: Tough way to start the season with a loss to 3A Tampa Catholic, a team Indian Rocks defeated last season.

5. Glades Day, 0-1, 2
Comment: Took a tough loss to a bigger 6A Okeechobee team to open the season.

Dropped Out: North Florida Christian, 1-1, 4 – North Florida Christian started off with a shout out loss to Eagle’s Landing Christian in Georgia during Week 0 and just barely escaped with a win against Deerfield-Windsor last week. Taking all of this into consideration, we don’t feel North Florida Christian is as strong as we were led to believe at this point.
