The Skinny

This is another Hillsborough County district that is loaded with quality and talented teams that have fought hard all season to get to this point. The early favorite in the district was Alonso, but it has since shifted to Plant who has been competitive once again this season. Wharton has also impressed this season, but hasn’t found a way to top Plant or Alonso, yet, but could that change in the tournament? That would be the team to keep an eye on for a potential upset. However, Steinbrenner would love to have a say as well and this would be their chance to shock the state as well. As it stands now either Plant or Alonso emerging as the district champion will be a big win for the entire district.
