This is the second smallest district of all the districts in the state and it really is clear which team is the one that stands to be the favorite to win it. That team is Harmony. Harmony which has played a really competitive schedule this season has the capability to get through what should be an easy tournament. However, keep an eye on Jones as they could be the team that could pull off an upset to win the district.
