The Skinny
Western is back in the same scenario as they were last as the top seed in their district. However, they would love to avoid a repeat and miss out on the regional playoffs and to be able to add their second state championship in school history. Piper, the defending district champion, is looking once again here to pull an upset and has the ability to do so. For Cypress Bay and Plantation, they will be looking to play spoiler and end the seasons of Piper and Western respectively.
