JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Jaguars kicked off their first day of the 2025 Jaguars Girls Flag Football Preseason Classic with the first wave of 60 plus teams coming through on Thursday at the Miller Electric Center, the training facility home for the Jaguars.

While the weather was warm at the start of the day, the weather started become very wet with heavy rain at various times as teams made sure to get both of their preseason matchups in.

Pro Football Hall of Famer Tony Boselli who was just recently name Executive Vice President of Football Operations spoke to the teams prior to the day starting and really focusing on the message from the recent NFL campaign during Super Bowl LIX to get girls flag football to be a sanctioned sport in all 50 states.

Athletes from the Jacksonville Jaguars represented the team in talking with the girls flag football athletes including S Andre Cisco, DE D’Shaan Dixon and LB Foye Oluokun.

With Florida being the first state to sanction the sport, the sport is entering the 2025 season with over 400 programs and the number of classifications having expanded from two to four in the FHSAA.

Here is a look at the results from Day 1 of the 2025 Jaguars Girls Flag Football Preseason Classic:
