Each Flag Football Final will provide you scores from around the state on games played along with extended recaps on some of the top games and highlight top performances each day. Usually these articles will run the next day on most days each week during the season. Sometimes you might see scores from several days ago that have finally been reported and we will make sure those are reported if and when we find them.

Sydney Elizondo threw for six touchdowns in another victory for the Longhorns who improve to 2-0 on the season.

A hard-fought game between the two Top 25 teams and the visiting Ravens came out ahead by a touchdown. While stats for Alonso haven’t been reported yet, KK Ramsey threw for the only touchdown for the host Warriors but was intercepted four times by the Alonso defense. The victory for Alonso give them their first win of the 2025 season.

Brianna Rutecki threw for 100 yards, and four touchdown passes to lead the Wildcats to their first win of the season. Alana Placide led the defense for Western with four flag pulls and a sack while Cherrish Huggins intercepted two passes.
Lakewood Ranch (Bradenton) 19, No. 10 Braden River (Bradenton) 0
The rough start for the Pirates has rolled into a second game with no points scored yet as the visiting Mustangs rolled for the mercy rule victory.
Stanton (Jacksonville) 26, No. 12 Fletcher (Neptune Beach) 6
A stunner on the road for the Senators as they fall and drop their first game of the season as Stanton pick up their first win. Aiyanna Smiley threw for two touchdowns and 94 yards while adding 36 yards rushing on the ground. Smile also accounted for one interception on defense in the victory. Catherine Brewer intercepted two passes on defense, one which was returned for a touchdown while also accounting for one receiving touchdown on offense. Stanton is currently the No. 10 team in the FloridaHSFootball.com Class 2A flag football rankings.

The host Seminoles shut down the visiting Trojans thanks Danielle White’s three touchdowns (one passing, two rushing) along Hannah Bowden collecting two sacks and six flag pulls on defense.
No. 17 Miami Southridge 32, Somerset Silver Palms (Miami) 0
Mary Quinones threw for 145 yards and four touchdowns in leading the Spartans to another victory in the opening week of the 2025 season. Quinones also accounted for 22 rushing yards while Zariah Evans hauled in two receiving touchdowns. Anitra Charlton racked up three sacks and four flag pulls while Evans accounted an for an interception on defense.
No. 18 Somerset Canyons (Boynton Beach) 20, Olympic Heights (Boca Raton) 0
Ava Wotipka threw for 203 yards and a three touchdowns along with 47 yards rushing in leading the Cougars to their second win of the season. Receiver Avery Demayo accounted for 133 yards receiving and two touchdowns in the victory while Wotipka accounted for two sacks and five flag pulls on defense.

The Panthers suffered a loss at the hands of the Rattlers in the first game of the season at home.

The visiting Wolves picked up their second win of the season over the host Falcons. Lily Dodge recorded two touchdown passes from Elania DiFebbo and Kyla Tometi in the victory for Timber Creek.

No. 8 Sumner (Riverview) 26, Riverview 0
The visiting Stingrays shut down the host Sharks thanks to Lauren Williams’ 200 yards passing and four touchdowns. Aryana Saenz caught two of the four touchdown passes, while Keike McCloud led in receiving 61 yards with three receptions. Alissa Freese led the team in flag pulls with four.

The Longhorns pitched a shutout on the visiting Bulldogs from Melbourne to get their first win of the season.
CLASS 2A TOP 10
No. 9 St. Petersburg 29, Hollins (St. Petersburg) 0
The visiting Green Devils easily rolled passed the host Royals thanks to touchdown passes from PJ Toomey with two and Mar’quaysha Curry with one. Ellie Swain led in receiving for St. Petersburg with 87 yards on six catches and a touchdown. Swain also recorded two sacks, a quarterback hurry, three flag pulls and two pass deflections on defense.
CLASS 1A TOP 10
No. 6 Bradford (Starke) 51, KIPP Bold City (Jacksonville) 0
Arnayshia Griffin led the Tornadoes with 220 yards passing and another 50 yards rushing along with three passing touchdowns, one rushing touchdown, and one receiving touchdown while Nichelle Brown racked up over 300 yards of offense with 105 yards rushing and 195 yards receiving and five total touchdowns in blowing out the visiting Greyhounds. Griffin also recorded three interceptions on defense one being returned for a touchdown.
Fort Pierce Westwood 19, No. 7 Lincoln Park Academy (Fort Pierce) 6
The host Greyhounds suffered their first loss on the season as a result of two interceptions thrown by Ja’kai Matthews that gave the visiting Panthers their first win of the season.

The Buffalo picked up their first win of the season thanks to Amelia O’Brien’s 103 yards passing and two touchdowns with Kaitlin Rich leading The Villages in receiving with 78 yards on six receptions and a touchdown. Jolei Fazio and Emma Spell led the Buffalo with five flag pulls each while Spell and Gabriella Rivera each had an interception in the victory over the visiting Pirates.

Jessica Tran through for two touchdowns on 81 yards passing to lead Suwannee to the victory on the road in a battle of the Bulldogs. Cherish Sutton led Suwannee in flag pulls with six while Brandy Robinson recorded two sacks.

S Savannah Tenore, Stoneman Douglas (Parkland), Sr. – Intercepted two passes in a 40-0 victory over Coral Glades.
ATH Elisa Thompson, Varela (Miami), So. – Led the Vipers defense with 10 flag pulls, four sacks and four quarterback hurries in a 7-0 victory over Miami Sunset. Thompson also recorded four catches for 40 yards and the games only touchdown.
