FLORIDA TOP 25
No. 4 St. Thomas Aquinas
St. Thomas Aquinas 40, West Broward 0 (Tuesday)
The Raiders remained unbeaten at 6-0 with a commanding shutout victory over the Bobcats, powered by an efficient offensive attack and a relentless defense. Quarterback Sherice Newton was nearly perfect, completing 22-of-25 passes for 296 yards and six touchdowns while adding 36 rushing yards. Jaelyn Cardoza and Nyla McFadden each hauled in two touchdown receptions, with Cardoza racking up 62 receiving yards and McFadden adding 51. Kymora Marley contributed a 64-yard touchdown grab, and Nadia Scalisi added another score to round out the offensive explosion. On defense, Aimee Colson dominated with six sacks and a team-high eight flag pulls, while Mehkyla McLermore and Ronneisha Thomas contributed to the Raiders’ lone interception. Colson also excelled on special teams, returning five punts for 62 yards to help secure the 40-0 win.
No. 5 Seminole Ridge
Fort Pierce Central 20, Seminole Ridge 8 (Thursday); Seminole Ridge 19, Nova 7 (Saturday); Seminole Ridge 14, Bloomingdale 0 (Saturday)
The Hawks rebounded from their first loss of the season with back-to-back wins, closing the week with a 14-0 shutout over Bloomingdale to improve to 8-1. Aubrey Fogel led the offense, going 20-of-26 for 219 yards, one touchdown, and one interception against No. 18-ranked Fort Pierce Central, followed by a 16-of-32, 205-yard, three-touchdown performance with one interception in a 19-7 win over Nova. She capped off the week by going 19-of-32 for 245 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions in the shutout win over Bloomingdale. Ja’Niah Tejeda scored twice against Bloomingdale and once against Nova. Chachi Saunders caught touchdowns against Fort Pierce Central and Nova while securing three interceptions against Nova and another against Bloomingdale. Avaree Brant added 63 receiving yards and a touchdown against Nova. Sydney Pena recorded multiple flag pulls per game, while Lily Von-Purkyne notched three sacks against Fort Pierce Central. Olivia Agosto registered an interception and three pass deflections in the loss to Fort Pierce Central.
No. 7 Miami Edison
Miami Edison 35, McArthur 0 (Monday); Miami Edison 28, Miami Carol City 0 (Thursday)
The Red Raiders continued their dominant season, shutting out McArthur and Miami Carol City to improve to 7-0. Rakyia Louis led the offense against McArthur, completing 23-of-29 passes for 333 yards and five touchdowns. Poetry Auguste was the top target, hauling in five receptions for 95 yards and two scores. Armardi Danquah added 70 receiving yards and a touchdown, while Torri Cotman and Camille Canidate also found the end zone. On defense, Jennifer Burton and London Harris each recorded an interception, with Harris returning hers for 20 yards. Danquah led the pass rush with four sacks, while Burton added one as Edison secured the 35-0 win over McArthur.
No. 8 Miami Palmetto
Miami Palmetto 32, South Dade 0 (Monday); Homestead 19, Miami Palmetto 13 (Thursday)
The Panthers split their games this week, shutting out South Dade before falling in a close matchup against Homestead to drop to 5-2. Ava Alvarez led the offense, going 10-of-19 for 131 yards and three touchdowns in the win over South Dade, while also adding 49 rushing yards and a touchdown against Homestead. Camai Moore had a standout performance against South Dade, catching two touchdowns and finishing with 48 receiving yards while also rushing for a touchdown in the win. Serenity Simon rushed for a touchdown against Homestead and added 21 receiving yards in the South Dade win. Daniela Canals also caught a touchdown, while Kayla Luzzo-Ubeto led the team with 32 receiving yards. On defense, Simon and Bianca Pacheco each recorded an interception against Homestead, while Canals and Danielle Ortega combined for three sacks in the South Dade shutout. Moore led the defense with 11 flag pulls in the loss to Homestead.
No. 11 Wellington
Wellington 28, Somerset Canyons 4 (Tuesday); Wellington 21, Jensen Beach 0 (Thursday)
The Wolverines remain undefeated at 8-0 after picking up a victory over No. 17 Somerset Canyons and against 2A Jensen Beach with just four more games left on the schedule for the regular season.
No. 12 Spanish River
Spanish River 31, Palm Beach Central 0 (Monday); Spanish River 35, Atlantic (Delray Beach) 6 (Tuesday); Spanish River 19, Nova 12 (Saturday); Lennard 19, Spanish River 18 (Saturday)
The Sharks rolled through a dominant week, securing wins over Palm Beach Central (31-0), Atlantic (35-6), and Nova (19-12) before suffering their first loss of the season in a narrow 19-18 battle against No. 2-ranked Lennard. Brooke Eriksson led the charge in the win over Palm Beach Central, completing 23-of-29 passes for 250 yards and five touchdowns. Sara Hersowitz hauled in five receptions for 66 yards and two scores, while Littiana Dasilva, Kayleigh Wallace, and Kaci Chambers each added a touchdown. Defensively, Dasilva and Hersowitz recorded pass deflections, and Gianah Kirkwood notched a sack as Spanish River posted a shutout. The Sharks now sit at 9-1 on the season.
No. 13 Palm Beach Gardens
Palm Beach Gardens 27, Park Vista 7 (Thursday)
The Gators controlled the game from start to finish, defeating Park Vista 27-7 to improve to 7-1 on the season. Myla Alligood led the way with an efficient 24-of-36 passing for 243 yards and four touchdowns, while also adding 30 yards on the ground. Jayila Stallworth paced the receiving corps with seven catches for 88 yards and a touchdown, while Dominique Franklin, Nahomie Louis-June, and Janiya Hollins each found the end zone. Defensively, Riley Byrd recorded a team-high seven flag pulls, and Stallworth secured an interception with a five-yard return. The Gators built an early lead with 14 second-quarter points and never looked back.
No. 17 Somerset Canyons
Wellington 28, Somerset Canyons 4 (Tuesday); Somerset Canyons 44, Boca Raton 0 (Thursday)
The Cougars split their games this week, bouncing back from their first loss of the season to No. 11 Wellington (28-4) with a dominant 44-0 win over Boca Raton. Ava Wotipka led the charge against Boca Raton, completing 17-of-26 passes for 213 yards and four touchdowns while also adding a rushing score and returning an interception for a touchdown. Avery Demayo was a key playmaker, hauling in four receptions for 72 yards and a touchdown while also recording an interception return of 27 yards. Delanie Doty, Jazlyne James, and Brooke Doty each found the end zone, helping Somerset Canyons to another commanding victory. Defensively, Kiana Sanchez totaled three sacks on the week, while Simone Nangle and Delanie Doty each contributed multiple pass deflections. Somerset Canyons now stands at 7-1 on the season.
No. 19 Stoneman Douglas
Stoneman Douglas 52, Fort Lauderdale 0 (Monday); Stoneman Douglas 48, Cooper City 0 (Tuesday)
The Eagles continued their dominant season with back-to-back shutouts, rolling past Fort Lauderdale 52-0 and Cooper City 48-0 to improve to 7-0. Samantha Calavetta was the catalyst on offense, completing 34-of-49 passes for 439 yards and nine touchdowns across both games. Courtney Heymach found the end zone four times, while Sophia Dal Molin and Savannah Tenore each scored twice. Audrey Haltiwanger and Caitlin Taylor also added receiving touchdowns, while Diana Doherty and Taylor contributed interceptions on defense. Jordan Tessler led the pass rush with four sacks over the two-game stretch. Stoneman Douglas has now outscored opponents 100-0 this week as they continue to dominate on both sides of the ball.
No. 20 Boyd Anderson
Boyd Anderson 28, Blanche Ely 0 (Tuesday); Boyd Anderson 34, Pompano Beach 0 (Wednesday); Boyd Anderson 36, Hallandale 0 (Thursday)
The Cobras dominated their week, posting three straight shutouts over Blanche Ely (28-0), Pompano Beach (34-0), and Hallandale (36-0) to improve to 7-1 on the season. Ariana Stoveall was nearly flawless under center, completing 44-of-56 passes for 490 yards and 12 touchdowns across the three-game stretch. Jakira Dennis was a primary target, hauling in seven touchdown receptions, while Isabella Pericles, KeShell Gilbert, and Jakayla Robinson each found the end zone multiple times. On defense, Marlie Massillon was a force, recording eight sacks across the three games, while Gabriella Pierrelus added four. Kenadie Brown picked off two passes against Hallandale, and Robinson secured an interception as well. Boyd Anderson has now outscored opponents 201-0 in their last six games, continuing to dominate on both sides of the ball.

3A No. 10 Homestead
Homestead 41, Keys Gate Charter 0 (Tuesday); Homestead 19, Miami Palmetto 13 (Thursday)
The Broncos put together a dominant week, shutting out Keys Gate 41-0 before upsetting No. 8 Miami Palmetto 19-13 to improve to 4-2 on the season. Jerniyah Fowles led the way under center, completing 46-of-61 passes for 611 yards and seven touchdowns across both games. Caitylyn Gibson was a top target, hauling in three touchdowns, while Kiani Graham and Zakieria Cobb added two scores each. Gernaia Davis made a game-changing defensive play with a 42-yard interception return, helping Homestead knock off Palmetto. The Broncos continue to gain momentum as they push deeper into the season.
2A No. 6 Miami Northwestern
Miami Northwestern 24, Monsignor Pace 14 (Tuesday); Miami Northwestern 27, South Miami 0 (Thursday)
The Bulls stayed undefeated with two strong wins, defeating Monsignor Pace 24-14 before shutting out South Miami 27-0 to improve to 5-0 on the season. Tashara Robinson led the offense, throwing for 337 yards and five touchdowns across both games while adding a rushing score. Jah’Keriyah Brown was a key playmaker, scoring three total touchdowns, including a 68-yard reception against Monsignor Pace. Desirae Butler, Damaria Gatlin, and Tayana Dixon each added a receiving touchdown in the shutout victory over South Miami. On defense, Zahara Leaks tallied four sacks across both games, while Makayla Johnson and Brown both recorded interceptions. The Bulls continue to dominate on both sides of the ball as they push deeper into the season.
2A No. 8 Dr. Joaquin Garcia
Dr. Joaquin Garcia 13, Chaminade-Madonna 6 (Tuesday); Dr. Joaquin Garcia 40, Lake Worth 0 (Thursday)
The Bulldogs remained undefeated with a dominant defensive effort and strong quarterback play from Maliyah Newton. Newton threw for 182 yards and two touchdowns in a 13-6 win over Chaminade-Madonna and followed up with a 160-yard, four-touchdown performance in a 40-0 rout of Lake Worth. Abigail Quinn led the offense with three total touchdowns, including a 95-yard receiving performance against Chaminade-Madonna. Tionna Waters added three receiving touchdowns and recorded four sacks on defense. Allyson Rodriguez and Natalie Molina anchored a defensive unit that forced five interceptions and held opponents scoreless for seven consecutive quarters.
1A No. 5 Oxbridge Academy
Oxbridge Academy 13, Boca Raton 6 (Tuesday); Cardinal Newman 13, Oxbridge Academy 0 (Wednesday)
The Thunderwolves hot streak came to a halt after Cardinal Newman pitched a surprising shutout to hand Oxbridge Academy their first loss of the season. Oxbridge Academy is now 6-1 on the season.
1A No. 7 Chaminade-Madonna
Chaminade-Madonna 24, Cooper City 0 (Monday); Dr. Joaquin Garcia 13, Chaminade-Madonna 6 (Tuesday); Chaminade-Madonna 19, Archbishop McCarthy 13 (Friday)
The Lions went 2-1 on the week, falling to Dr. Garcia in the middle of the week to move to 6-1 on the season.
Braddock
Braddock 14, TERRA Institute 0 (Tuesday); Hialeah Gardens 20, Braddock 6 (Thursday)
The Bulldogs had a split week, going 1-1 with a win over TERRA Institute before shockingly falling to Hialeah Gardens near the end of the week.
Miami Southridge
Miami Southridge 21, South Dade 0 (Wednesday)
The Spartans moved to 7-2 on the season after shutting out the Buccaneers in their only game in the Week.
Pinecrest Glades
Pinecrest Glades 25, AIE Charter 0 (Monday); Pinecrest Glades 24, JC Bermudez, 0 (Thursday)
The Dragons continued their dominant run with two more shutout victories, blanking AIE Charter and JC Bermudez. Quarterback Sarah Martinez managed the offense, while Amelie Rivero accounted for multiple touchdowns across both games. Bryana Alvarez and Jackelin Orta each contributed key scores, and the defense recorded a combined nine interceptions, led by Rivero and Sophia Carabaye. Pinecrest Glades has allowed only two points all season while remaining undefeated.
Pompano Beach

It was not a great week for the Golden Tornadoes, who suffered back-to-back shutout defeats against Western and Boyd Anderson.

The Wildcats dominated in back-to-back wins, shutting out Pompano Beach 37-0 before rolling past Lennard 25-7. Quarterback Brianna Rutecki went 18-of-28 passing for 225 yards and four touchdowns across both games, while AnaBella Puccio added 25 completions for 254 yards and five scores. Tearra Mortimer hauled in 12 receptions for 134 yards and two touchdowns, and Maddison Manragh added 76 yards and three scores. On defense, Katie Diaz recorded two sacks, while Isa Aquino, Alana Placide,and Manragh each grabbed interceptions. The Wildcats also defeated Bloomingdale 32-6 to improve to 7-3 on the season.+
