With the 2025 Florida Girls Flag Football season now in the books, there is some post-season recognition to come for those from around the state over the coming weeks. One of those recognitions is something big that started four years ago in partnership with the Jacksonville Jaguars with their Jaguars PREP outreach of the Jacksonville Jaguars Community Foundation and FloridaHSFootball.com in helping select the Jaguars All-PREP 25 Team with 25 of the top athletes selected this year from across 17 different programs in the Jacksonville Jaguars’ market. This marks the biggest representation of schools which coincides with the growth the sport has had over the last few seasons. We will profile each of the 25 athletes and their accomplishments for the season along with Coach of the Year and the Player of the Year for 2025.
All athletes were recognized at the Jaguars All-PREP 25 recognition event at the Academy Sports + Outdoors location on Southside Blvd. in Jacksonville on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 with each athlete receiving a customized Jacksonville Jaguars jersey with their name and number on it, along with swag box filled with amazing swag and had a $200 shopping spree to use for themselves and their moms for Mother’s Day along with having their photos taken with Jaguars DB Tyson Campbell, the Jaguars 2021 Second Round NFL Draft Pick who played high school football at American Heritage (Plantation) and was a First Team All-State selection on FloridaHSFootball.com’s Class 5A All-State Football Teams.

2025 SEASON NOTES: The first athlete from Riverside to be honored on the Jaguars All-PREP 25 Girls Flag Football Team, Ezira kept the Generals competitive through out the 2025 season in a very tough district, finishing as the District 2A-4 runner-up. Ezira accounted for over 2,300 yards passing and over 20 touchdowns for the Generals in helping them navigate a difficult schedule and was also considered among some of the best athletes in Northeast Florida by several opposing coaches. Ezira has been a multisport athletes for Riverside, also competing on the Girls Varsity Soccer team as well as the Girls Varsity Basketball team. Congratulations to Ezira for being named to the Jaguars All-PREP 25 Team for the 2025 Girls Flag Football season!
