It seems rough that Dillard has so few points with non district opponents like Gibbons, Booker T and Western. The problem is that both Gibbons and Booker T have lost several games and that has hurt Dillard. So as of now, you probably get Miami Central in the first round (assuming Carol City beats them). Mainland's losses have been to teams that have lost fewer games (and its wins have been against teams that have done well except for DP).
Yeah, I feel your pain as Mainland being the higher seed probably gets Northwestern or Norland while you get Central.
That's the thing gibbons only have 2 loses and just upsetted ahp and Western only has one lost which is to us and Booker t lost 3 games but yet their still qualified for playoffs cuz of who they scheduled wtf

Don't blame district 16
Blame the teams like Boyd Anderson, Boyton Beach and Archbishop McCarthy who can't hold their weight
The reason you are having a lower point total is that one BTW has several losses which i think has them as a cat 3 loss and CG is a cat 2 loss
Western is cat 1 win which gets you 53 points but that's by far the highest total you are getting from that schedule
Games like Boyd Anderson, Archbishop McCarthy, Boyton Beach and northeast are all cat 4 wins and while you get 38 from Boyd and Boyton the other 2 are 35 average
You have a lot of games pulling down your average and at this rate it looks like you all may get stuck hosting Miami Central round 1 or Carol City if MC beats them next week
The fact of matter is that Dillard is the only team in d15 that even deserves to be in playoffs, you can't make a case for anyone else in that district deserving it so the point system did it's job
New Smyrna Beach and mainland likely make it from d13 which could push Norland out and i only see Heritage as being deserving in d14
But Boyd Anderson is 4-3 and have won 3 in a row while Norland is 2-5 and mnw is 3-4 u said not pulling their weight teams like mnw and Miami Norland has lost their tough games so where TF all these points are coming from u shouldn't get points if u lose u shouldn't be able to benefit from scheduling tough if u losing the tough games Dillard should be at worst 2 or 3 seed

So after looking at the updated points for each team I see that we are the only team in 6a to clinch their district but yet we are ONLY THE 4TH SEED.!!!
Mainland who started the season terrible is ranked higher and Palm Bay heritage is the second seed!!?? Who TF did they play to get those many points ?!?? @ColumbiaHighFan2017class @OldSchoolLion @DarterBlue2 y'all help me out then
Then in district 16 6a u got 4 teams in that district that's gonna make it again but yet two of them can possibly have 6 losses by seasons end which mean their gonna be able to enter the post season with a losing record and also with out winning their district @954gator @DB4 that makes ZERO since and I don't wanna here nothing about stregnth of schedule cuz that mean a team can go schedule 8 national ranked opponents win none of them and still possibly get into the playoffs how is that teams that's scheduling tough have more points then alot of teams whose actually winning but yet their not winning those tough games they scheduled Dillard played Booker t gibbons and Western that alone should have us at 40 points yeah Ima be honest I wanted to avoid any team from Miami until the third round but it seems were in the same position asast year Norland who is 2-5 is a freaking 8th seed wtf!!! How this junk dumb bra

Also Ft Lauderdale and Wellington, and Westwood (already won their district) who are on track to make the playoffs as well...
Ft Lauderdale is in the same district as sta and lost to the raiders 49-0 last week so nooo the flying Ls are still hoping they can sneak in by points

Nice list but I have a tad issue with it its not where Dillard is ranked it's certain teams that's ahead of us I have issues with now my opinion teams like blooming Dale and Jesuit who u have way ahead of us would get beat by Dillard especially at Dillard by 10 in my opinion.but since we won't or haven't played them I'm gonna focus on the fact u got Western and plantation ahead of us with Western in the top 2 tier of teams while we are behind them when we (DILLARD). Beat them matter fact were the only team to beat them then they beat undefeated plantation so shouldn't that put Dillard head of both of them ??? and it's not like our record don't speak for it's self plantation 6-1 only lost Western Western is 6-1 only lost Dillard Dillard record 6-2

I have to admit- I truly felt that Chaminade was going to pound Uschool similar to last year, but I've seen enough from Uschool now to realize Chaminade might be a legit underdog in that game. Chaminade is up and down, they play well in spurts, they play poor in spurts but Uschool seems to be consistent.
Curious how Hallandle finishes the season as well! Always appreciate your views Dillard! Thanks Jessica I truly enjoy you and your family view points as well coming into the season I thought hallandle would be terrible but they are actually solid not championship caliber but not a door mat either.
And that CHAMiNADE u school game is gonna be something the way the sharks did a extremely talented ahd squad who some who are picking to possibly make it to Orlando was a thing to see

Note these rankings are based off my own opinion and how each team is playing right now not off previous years or because of who they are.

Below are the number of FHSAA playoff wins for each school in Broward County. Proportionately speaking, there are relatively few public schools that have great success. Keep in mind that a number of these public schools have been playing for over 40 years.
Dillard has won only one playoff game in the past 10 years. Unless things change, Deerfield, Chaminade and American Heritage are likely to surpass them within the next couple of years. I am sure Panther fans will have something to say about that.
St Thomas Aquinas-100
Dillard-39
Deerfield Beach-35
Chaminade-Madonna-34
Ely-33
American Heritage Plantation-32
Miramar-22
Plantation-20
Boyd Anderson-12
University School-12
Cardinal Gibbons-11
Cypress Bay-10
Flanagan-9
Hallandale-6
Pine Crest-6
Westminster Academy-6
Douglas-5
McArthur-5
South Broward-5
South Plantation-5
Stranahan-5
Coconut Creek-4
Northeast-4
Archbishop McCarthy-2
Cooper City-2
Everglades-2
Nova-2
Piper-2
Taravella-2
Western-2
Fort Lauderdale-1
Pompano Beach-1
West Broward-1
Coral Glades-0
Coral Springs-0
Monarch-0
We will be surpassed if we don't start winning playoff games none of those wins from the past dont mean. Anything

IT makes that win for Dillard seem a lot better. Most were probably writing Western off as one season team after the loss.
They did

Seems Western did not fall much, if at all, from last year.
I agree. The fact we won at their place which is very tough to do being they get the epitome of home cooking and since that lost to us they haven't lost since

Great job Panthers keep it up!!!!

Running clock in the second half for the second consecutive week Dillard clinches the district as champs for the third consecutive year Dillard moves to 6-2 and (3-0) in district play for the first time in 13 years and their winning streak is now at 5.

When I watched Northeast vs Chaminade earlier this year, Chaminade dressed half of their team and destroyed NE. I sorta figured Dillard would have fun tonight!
Lol right I want more points tho

Step on their neck Dillard!!!

Put the hammer down Dillard!!

Things got real interesting in 8a last night plantation who have been picked by many polls to make a deep playoff run and have looked every bit of that coming into last night.
Western who came in 5-1 winners of 4 in a row was determined to have something to say about that with their only lost being at home to Dillard.
Western jumped out 14-0 and cruised to a 21-7 win.
That Miramar Western game is gonna be something.
