Hayford was offered Hudson job, but turned it down
Phil Hayford’s name has been mentioned numerous times around the Tampa Bay and Southwest Florida area the last few months for open coaching positions since he left St. Petersburg Shorecrest Prep. However, where he could have had a job, he turned it down due to family reasons, the Tampa Bay Times has reported. Hayford was the choice for Hudson to have as their next head coach, but turned it down after second thoughts. However he said he could have a new job pretty soon. Not that often that a baseball player talks about football and knows something about a future opponent for a team. Well according to John Lembo at the Bradenton Herald, Matt Hague knows a little bit about Skyline High of Sammamish, Washington. Hague grew up in near by Bellevue he says they never played them, but always remembered that they had good sports teams and nice facilities. After a week long trip visiting several different schools, Green has been left a lasting impression with visits to Tennessee and Notre Dame. Dwyer tight end will play at FAU
It is easy to get overshadowed in your playing career, especially when someone else is drawing all the attention. That was the case for Palm Beach Gardens Dwyer tight end Ben Hall last year, but he has been seen and will be coming to home to stay, the Palm Beach Post has reported. Tampa Bay Tech defensive back signs with Peru State College in Nebraska
Devaun Stephens officially will be heading to the next level to play college football, the Tampa Bay Times has reported. Stephens will be taking his talents with him to Peru State College, an NAIA school in Nebraska. Titans head coach Jayson Roberts announced the signing this morning.
