Four Florida teams picked up a national ranking to start the season from High School Football America today.
The poll which is conduct by High School Football America’s Jeff Fisher, takes a look at the rankings from a different approach using an algorithm.
Although, some opinion was entered for the preseason rankings to help determine the top teams, the algorithm will be the only thing used to determine the best teams in the national for High School Football America’s Top 25 rankings each week during the season.
The first update to the rankings will be made on September 6th.
Florida teams ranked in the High School Football American Preseason Top 25:
No. 4: Miami Central
No. 8: St. Thomas Aquinas
No. 17: Mainland
No. 20: IMG Academy
