The Skinny
Glades Central has been a squad that has been fun to watch this season as they have climbed back up after taking some lump at the Capital City Classic. That result gave them the No. 1 seed in the district tournament. That was aided by a big win over defending district champion, Fort Pierce Westwood. While Westwood still has a chance to make some noise, they are nowhere compared to last year’s squad that came up just short of going to the state semifinals. Jensen Beach could be the favorite to pull off an upset here, while Pahokee looks to be a longshot in advancing, but anything could happen.
