Rankings are based on the Florida Power Rankings Index's two-year historical blend of 2024 and 2025 performance.

The region's 48 teams span the entire Jacksonville metropolitan area, creating intense local competition and compelling district races throughout the season. The concentration of programs across the metro area ensures competitive matchups and strong local rivalries.

Teams to Watch:

District 3A-3 features seven ranked teams (Fleming Island #2, Fletcher #3, Ponte Vedra #7, Bartram Trail #11, Middleburg #20, Orange Park #32, First Coast #43), creating one of the most competitive district races in the state

Clay (#1) enters as a legitimate Class 2A state championship contender

The Class 2A depth is exceptional with 15 teams, giving the region strong representation in the classification
