bet u probley would have picked west orange last year but guess what we spotted them 26 points and still beat them

if it sticks I am hearing Columbia will host Apopka high in the kickoff classic for this upcoming year which will mark 4th year in row Columbia has gotten home kickoff game, main reason this happened was we had trinity at home in 2013 but after they cancelled on us we got west orange at home last year and now Apopka at home if it sticks

unfotentally consistency gets lost bc most people only consider dynastys as championships, when truthfully a dynasty is going out there and being the best everytime u step on the field and true we probley are not what we once were, with fort white getting a high school we lost some of our talent pool, when we had their talent, we played carol city in state title, and something I found out was Miami herald that year predicted we would not score a touchdown, but we go into haft with 17-6 lead, now had we scored in second haft we would have beaten that years national champs and likely been national champs ourselves but we lost 20-17

my angry stirs from how low we were respected by that dynasty ranking, we were ranked tied with 80th, for a long time we had more wins then anyone in state of florida and we are still in second place with over 600 victories, and we consistly beat teams but bc its been a while from last championship appearance we get overlooked when people talk about dyansties, we had 4 undefeated season before the playoff era, so we could have 5 instead of 1 but some of our best season were before the championship game and it costs us, but its not hate, just don't feel we have been given the recogniztion, like seriously a lot of these teams are young like btw and ik they have a great dynasty going with a huge winning streak but we up here in north florida rural area, may have talent but is no Miami dane, and they get all talked up but we are not considered a dynasty and in some cases some people don't even consider us a contender

and anyone can be beaten on any given day

we cant get booker T but we might have next best thing, august 21st I heard we will have apoka for the kickoff game at tiger stadium

as of recently yes, if I had any say I would have them destroy those copycatted helmets, and I rather people know of us for our consistent winning seasons and playoff seasons, not our helmets, heck we were in the first championship game in florida class A then won it I think it was 3 years later

you don't understand, their are set districts for where they live, they don't cheat by transfer, they use a nonsence address to transfer into a school who is winning, and if there is no way a small district zone, ANYWHERE IN MIAMI WOULD CAUSE 10 D1 ATHLETES TO GO TO THAT ONE SCHOOL

the easer example for me is Columbia vs suwannee which has been played since the 60s as well is a few matchups in 40s and 30s and is a very long rivary and 2 teams who consistently make the playoffs but i remember this year both sides were full of fans

just happenes to be them and Miami central just happen to grab the good ones, neither would be same if they followed the district rules just too bad we could not grab a few of them, we would dominate if we could fill a few of our holes with that Miami talent

so pretty much its only a rivary bc both teams are good

with the new 7A setup who is the favorite to win each district ?

really I saw some that u people put gainsville in their but not Columbia, Columbia beat gainsville in their house in overtime this year and 2013 beat them like 48-7 or something like that, not to mention having over 600 wins and some of the college and pro players Columbia has produced latly and will produce in the future

are we allowed to bring up this coming years kickoff games if we know what games are set

wont happen bc if they find out a player will move they would have them live with coachs if they have to

I like being in a small town bc we wont just get thrown to the bottom of the barrel after a bad year, that's why for a while we were winningest program in florida, bc we maintain as a winning team year in and year out

ik how it goes on, they have not commitment to a school, they cheer for the winner and call it their own and when they struggle they bandwagon on someone else u get real rivaries in small towns bc u get full crowds regardless of record and it means something to both teams

unfair compeative advantage, we don't recruit and if we wanted to we couldn't bc not enough area to recruit from but u get into those Jacksonville and Miami schools its easy, man if we could have some Miami dane county talent we would put teams like central and btw on their face

dang straight they went to get them to transfer, you and the FHSAA just keep turning a blind eye to it

then that means its only a rivary by completion, I look at a rivary that if a team does nothing else they would care about tat rivary game which u cant get in cities like Miami or tampa or Jacksonville the kind of rivarys I am talking about generally only come in small towns, similar for Columbia vs suwannee neither team will be 0-9 ever but if it happened it would still mean something and this is a huge rivary in north central florida with 2 very successful teams, Suwanee has a past dynasty, Columbia has better overall history and right now Columbia has not lost since 07 in this rivary

I think btw should get moved up lets see them walk over the 6A or 7A and if they legenmetly stop recruiting those Miami and Jacksonville schools will be walked all over for most part, which im fine with we play a lot of Jacksonville teams and I feel that its a bit of unfair advantange

I understand that all im saying is would anyone care or even show up if both teams were 0-9, the point im making if they were both losers would anyone care about the game
