Last year the games were not played at Disney. They moved them to Orange County schools. We played Columbine at West Orange on a Thursday at 5pm. The events really center around the traveling team and what works best for them. Columbine flew in on game day and flew out the next morning to go to Bahamas for a mission trip. It was a huge disappointment for my team to not play at Disney or on Friday at 7pm. I was not aware of the facility change or time change until it was to late. The timing made it difficult to get many fans to attend. I would not consider a varsity game with them again.

University Orange City is in need of a spring game. Unfortunately, we were scheduled to play in a Jamboree but earlier this week it fell apart leaving us searching for a game. We are willing to travel and typically bring a nice crowd. Please contact Head Coach Brian Kells bkells@volusia.k12.fl.us

Unfortunately, we play in a 7 team district so we only had 4 non district games to showcase our team. We thought we had a shot with ESPN but they went with a QB battle instead. Three of our non-district games(DP, Sebastian River, and Spruce Creek) are against teams that played in playoffs last season. We had Osceola scheduled for week 3 but the principal mandated we play cross town rival Deltona for our fourth non district game.
