I know one thing, when the playoffs do arrive Dillard will most def be battle tested.

Late 80’s into the 2002 season DILLARD was nothing to be played with. So to see us getting back to that brings a tear or two to my eye lol hahahahaha.

Yessir In the 90s into 2000-2003 STA had to go through Dillard.

Very detailed & informative reading. To be back being recognized as a powerhouse and the top public school says a lot. We’ve been getting close to 6-8 transfers in each year over the last 2-3 years which is why the last 3 years have been Dillards best stretch consecutively in over a decade plus. but this year has been by far the most in a long time since stuff like this were able to be tracked. And for us to be a public school smack dead in the middle of STA 1.2 miles away. Gibbons 3 miles away. AHP, 6 miles away. Chaminade 5.5 miles away. That’s impressive Dillard could even remain relevant let alone competitive especially on an elite level.

That I agree with. I was mentioning on the scale when you were mentioning in broward STA,GB,AHP, CM all being popular schools to draw in transfers, which they are. all I’m saying is we can no longer ignore the fact that Dillard has become a popular place as well. NOW will that turn into a championship run this year. We will see.

Lol that’s the thing I haven’t been hyping them up I just think highly of them but when I know the real answers are gonna come in just a few short weeks. as far as this KOC vs Norland that was last min I don’t know what to make out of this matchup it’s gonna be NO KICKOFFS & according to our OC it’s gonna be a running clock all 4 QT’s, so at this point do all of our starters even play let alone significantly and with the running clock the game might last 30 min if that. but nonetheless I’m still gonna be there lol

I think it’s safe to at Dillard in there. It’s one thing to praise those private schools as being popular destinations. better education, facilities etc. but it hits different when you have a public school in the same county as every school you just mentioned above & yet DILLARD is still being viewed as not only a popular location but an elite location.

Coaching and discipline, transfers and just talent can only take you so far. Same thing goes for Dillard this year. I’m hearing a lot of great things bout our o line, special teams and conditioning. But if none of that displays itself during this season vs the teams it matter against, all the transfers we got won’t matter.

And of course they have been because those are the “GO TO” schools up there, where if we lord here is guaranteed we’re gonna win. they don’t have a Dillard, chaminade, AHP, STA, Gibbons all less then 10 miles apart from each other. All great programs. and out of all those schools I named ONLY Dillard is public.

None of Deerfield beach rosters the last 5-6 years was as loaded as Dillard is now. If I’m wrong show me the years and the stats to back it up. before any transfer came in this off season DILLARD was already a AT worst second round playoff team POTIENTALy regional final squad. I get where you were going with that and what you were saying tho so this is not a debate. im just ready for football season mane

Sep 23rd we got our national showcase game week 1 vs rock creek MD, @ home. then we play @chaminade week 2 go to miramar week 3 then It’s our BYE WEEK Then the following week DILLARD @ MIAMI central

From what I heard about this game tho from our OC is that it’s not gonna be any kickoffs and the it’s gonna be a running clock smh. so if that’s true it’s not gonna be much to evaluate but aye here’s to a injury free hood game but you know I’m rooting for my panthers to come out on top.
