Why: Last year this game turned into a surprise barn burner and little did anyone know that it would lead to Trenton having an undefeated season while Lafayette would slide a bit of its normal self despite making the playoffs. Now fast forward, Lafayette is looking for revenge on Trenton as two of their five loses came against Trenton while Trenton looks to continue to build off its successful 2011 campaign. Lafayette will be returning All-State running back J.R. Bass, while Trenton will be returning their All-State running back Cedric Stokes, which is likely to setup another showdown again. This will also be a good game to catch if you are into small town football, which this game will be at its finest.
