The Palm Beach County Sports Commission has released its preseason watch list for the 2013 Lou Groza Award, which is presented to the nation’s top place kicker in college football.
The Lou Groza Award is named after Lou “The Toe” Groza, a Pro Football Hall of Fame kicker and offensive lineman. Groza played for 21 seasons with the Cleveland Browns, according to the Palm Beach County Sports Commission.
The winner will be announced on December 12 at The Home Depot College Football Awards on ESPN.
