NationalHSFootball.com has wrapped its four-day release of the HSFB100 preseason National Rankings.
Four more teams from the Sunshine State have captured a spot on the rankings, with three teams taking spots in the Top 10.
Taking the N0. 3 spot is St. Thomas Aquinas, which will see Roger Harriott coach in his first high school football game in two years on August 28th. The Raiders will open up with Miami Booker T. Washington and will try to defend their Class 7A state championship this season.
Following right behind at the No. 5 and No. 6 spots are Miami Central and IMG Academy. Miami Central is looking to join rare company this year as they contend for their fourth consecutive state championship, while IMG Academy could be one of the first independent teams in the national to compete for the national championship this season.
Rounding out the Top 25 of the HSFB100 Rankings is Flanagan checking at N0. 25. After reaching the playoff for the first time last season, including reaching the state semifinals, the Falcons are in the mix to possible contend for the Class 8A state championship this season.
