Class 3A Top 5

1. Trinity Christian (Jacksonville), 3-0, 1
Week 3: Defeated University Christian, 35-20
This Week: vs. West Orange
Comment: A little bit closer of a game with rival University Christian than it has been in year’s past, but the Conquerors still dominated and rolled. Now they have to get ready for West Orange who comes into Jacksonville having just defeated Dr. Phillips.

2. Clearwater Central Catholic, 3-0, 2
Week 3: Defeated DeSoto County, 27-7
This Week: vs. South Lake
Comment: Took care of business after the game was in a weather delay and took an hour half before getting the first snap off. This week they will face a South Lake team that is coming off a huge loss to Leesburg.

3. Lakeland Christian, 3-0, 3
Week 3: Defeated Bishop Verot, 31-21
This Week: at Clearwater Calvary Christian
Comment: Handled a solid Bishop Verot team to remain undefeated on the season. The Vikings will make a trek over to Clearwater this coming week to take on Clearwater Calvary Christian in a non-district contest.

4. American Heritage (Delray), 2-1, 4
Week 3: Defeated Glades Central, 35-19
This Week: Idle
Comment: American Heritage made a considerable bounce back and handled Glades Central without much issue after the brutal loss to Bergen Catholic in Week 2. Will have this week off to rest before making a trip to Key West next week.

5. Oxbridge Academy, 2-1, 5
Week 2: Defeated Royal Palm Beach, 41-6
This Week: Idle
Comment: The Thunderwolves shook off the loss to Miami Carol City from last week and laid it all out on Royal Palm Beach taking out the Wildcats in a blowout win. Will have this week off before traveling to Jensen Beach next week.
