Quick Hit: Piper has been the top once again in this district, but Western has been creeping up on them and showed it earlier in the regular season meeting losing just barely 18-13. Nova has shown improvement this year as well, but the district comes down to Western and Piper.

Quick Hit: Cooper City has played a tough schedule this season and lost a close one with Godby as their only loss during regular season play. Hollywood Hills has shown improvement this season, but there is still a considerable gap between Cooper City and Hollywood Hills plus Everglades. The district is everything for Cooper City’s to lose at this point.

Quick Hits: With most teams in this district not having played anyone outside of the district, whoever emerges from the district is likely to be a potential one-and-done in the regional playoffs. While Boyd Anderson defeated Pembroke Pines Charter by just a touchdown in the regular season meeting, things could flip here. It all leads up to the fact the No. 2 seed could still be better than the No. 1 seed despite that one loss.
