The challenges of playing a national powerhouse in the likes of Hoover, Ala. (2-0) caught up with the Tigers at The Freedom Bowl in Milton, Ga. on Friday night falling, 37-23 to the Buccaneers.
Cocoa (1-1), however, did lead at one point early on the game on a 66-yard drive capped off by a DJ Arroyo nine-yard touchdown pass to give the Tigers a 7-0 lead in the first quarter, according to the Hoover Sun.

However, it wouldn’t last long as the Hoover defense got themselves in checked and only gave up a field goal to the Tigers before the Buccaneers got a huge lead before giving up another score the fourth quarter.
