Bishop Verot
Bishop Verot 34, Ida Baker 6 (Tuesday)
In their only game for the week, the Vikings kept their inaugural season record unblemished as Melanie Moreno went 9-of-13 passing for 125 yards and two touchdowns while Daphne Dalton and Grace Riley were on the receiving end of those two touchdowns. However, Moreno was also receiving a touchdown from Cameron O’Halloran on a two-yard connection. Anna Lesniak led the Vikings with four flag pulls, while Lila Dinkel and Courtney Krietzer each had interceptions.
Bonita Springs
South Fort Myers 6, Bonita Springs 0 (Tuesday)
The Bull Sharks dropped their third game in a row to fall to 5-3 on the season, dropping a one-touchdown decision against South Fort Myers. Kylie Terry struggled in the game only throwing for 67 yards and being intercepted once. Bella Martinez and Brianna Shanblatt each had seven flag pulls for Bonita Springs in the game. The Bull Sharks will be on spring break this coming week.
