Top Games
No. 9 Union County (4-0) at Melbourne Central Catholic (3-1): This game will tell us a lot about both teams, especially Melbourne Central Catholic after dropping a key district game against Holy Trinity last week.
Newberry (3-1) at Chiefland (3-0): A key District 1A-7 game that will put either of these two teams in the top of terms of playoff positioning.
Escambia (3-1) at No. 2 Columbia (4-0): Escambia is coming of their first loss of the season and now must quickly adjust things to travel to the Jungle and take on a Columbia team on a role and moving up the state rankings.
No. 6 Trenton (3-0) at Dixie County (2-1): Another key District 1A-7 that is a huge rivalry and also a showdown as coaches in one family are coaching on both sidelines.
No. 4 Gainesville (3-1) at North Marion (4-0): A big showdown between two of the top five teams in the region, but North Marion is starting to look unstoppable.
No. 8 Vanguard (3-1) at No. 3 Buchholz (3-1): A big game for both teams to establish who is among the best of the best of the region. Game could go either way.
