Spoke With our Head coach & St. John’s head coach today & The Dillard Vs St. John’s matchup was NEVER a thing. There is no broward event going on that St. John’s is taking apart in. St. John’s HC said that he got over 10 phone calls about this matchup and he couldn’t understand where was the false source coming from. so with that said I’m not sure where nolebull got his info from or if it was made up from the get go but unfortunately the DILLARD VS ST JOHNS hype is over because the game isn’t happening. Tbh I believe 7A would b the highest we ever go, so if we do move it would be back down to 6A & we were one of the first high schools to play iMG academy back in 2013-2014, I actually made the trip to the game.

The REMATCH is in place, these 2 faced off in the kick off classic last year. It was a close game but Dillard was shut out 16-0 by the power house program in chaminade. this will be a great game cant wait.

Its in strong talks to return, it was suppose to be there last year. But if I’m gonna be honest the soul bout attendance has fell way down over the years. ATLEAST on elys side. Dillard have still been bringing standing room only crowds home or away. elys alumni only supports when ely is doing good if their not good their attendance is piss poor in football & bball. We just played them in basketball last Saturday & usually that game is circled & sold out days prior man ely had about 15 folks in their side not counting the cheerleaders. back in nov for soul bowl ely side was so Empty u would think their fans forgot it was a game it was so pitiful & sad to see for such a historical rivalry & they were the home team!!!

So As Everyone Knows The Annual Dade Vs Broward Game This Past Weekend. It was surrounded by ALOT of trash talk & A lot of back & forth from BOTH sides. Fast forward to the 20+ point BEAT DOWN broward county put on dade county AT the Mecca (TRAZ POWELL) all of a sudden a lot of dade supporters & residents coming through in the comments under the highlight videos saying “OH DADE PLAYERS DIDNT CARE BOUT THIS GAME THEY JUST CAME TO HAVE FUN” ”dade players was just chilling they didn’t care, but broward gave it all they had they were just happy to be playing at the Mecca broward had more to prove” LMAO LOL HAHAHAHAHAHAHA if I could put the laughing emojis I would LMAO you can’t make this stuff up bro lol. so all the dade county fans and players that played in the ALL STAR GAME disrespected and clowned broward all week, called us cowards from broward and etc, even the coaches was selling out, all to get to actual game day, GET BLOWN OUT by broward iN MIAMI! , Then say oh the players from dade was just chilling lol REALLY 305?
