The Greater Augusta Sports Council in conjunction with the National College Football Awards Association released the Ray Guy Award watch list today as national trophy and awards watch lists continue to be released during the month of July. The Ray Guy Award is awarded annually to the best collegiate football punter in the country.
The Ray Guy Award has been awarded annually since 2000 and was named after the former Southern Mississippi All-American and Oakland Raiders punter, according to the Ray Guy website.
These two Florida HS Football alumni made the watch list and should be commended for their efforts on the field and getting recognized for it.
