Weeki Wachee Head Coach Mark Lee Honored As FHSF Head Coach of The Week For Week 1

While there were some excellent choices to pick from to honor as our FHSF Head Coach of The Week For Week 1, one stood out for a program that has risen up to the Varsity ranks after spending the first two years in operation as a Junior Varsity program. What stands out even more was defeating the odds of winning its first varsity game EVER!

With all that said, this is why we are proud to recognize Weeki Wachee Head Coach Mark Lee as our FHSF Head Coach of The Week For Week 1. Lee lead the Hornets to a 33-14 victory over Brooksville Central.

We will placing Lee into our future FHSF Head Coach of The Week Hall of Fame that will be included in the future “Awards” section on FloridaHSFootball.com
