Under Armour All-America High School Football Game Players to Work with Orlando Area Youth to Renovate Barnett Park Jan. 3

Welcome to our in depth coverage of the 2013 Under Armour All-America Game. We will presenting previews of all the positions through out the week. This second preview will look in depth of all the offensive tackles in this year’s game.

#60 Colin McGovern | Lincoln-Way West HS | New Lenox, IL | 6’6, 291 | Notre Dame
Invited to The Opening this past summer, McGovern brings multiple traits with him to the Under Armour All-America Game as the #86 overall player on the ESPN 150 player rankings. McGovern excels as a pass blocker, who also has the strength alongside with his physicality. McGovern has helped his school win two conference championships in the first three season since the school opened. McGovern is considered the 7th best overall offensive tackle in the nation according to ESPN. He has been committed to Notre Dame since March 2012.

#70 Hunter Bivin | Apollo HS | Owensboro, KY | 6’6, 290 | Notre Dame
What do Rex Chapman, Brad Wilkerson and Michael Waltrip have in common with Hunter Bivin? All three have graduated from Apollo HS where Bivin is working to add himself in the future to this list. Bivin comes in to the game with a commitment to Notre Dame under his belt, plus several traits that have shaped him into one of the best offensive tackles in the nation. We can expect to see his physicality help him with two major things that will likely be called upon including pass and rush blocking. Bivin is the #99 overall player on the ESPN 150 players rankings and is consider to be the 8th best overall offensive tackle in the nation according to ESPN 150.

#72 Denver Kirkland | Booker T. Washington HS | Miami, FL | 6’4, 333 | Undeclared
Kirkland is a leader when it comes to football. a leader that has helped him lead the Booker T. Washington to back-to-back FHSAA Class 4A state final appearances in 2011 and 2012. The 2012 appearance earned the team the Class 4A title where they won in a rematch against Bolles (Jacksonville, FL). Kirkland is ranked the 19th best overall offensive tackle in the nation according to ESPN and brings run and space blocking abilities with to the game. He is undecided where he will be headed after graduation, but schools including Auburn, Florida State and hometown Miami Hurricanes are seeking his services.

 #77 Ethan Pocic | Lemont HS | Lemont, IL | 6’6, 285 | LSU
The 74th overall on the ESPN 150 players rankings, Pocic is coming in as one of the best players at his position. Pocic who is committed to LSU will be bringing in a strong build with his strength and will help with run blocking along the way. Pocic is consider the 5th best overall offensive tackle in the nation according to ESPN. Pocic attends the same high school where current San Diego Chargers center David Molk graduated from.

#79 Evan Voeller | West Linn HS | West Linn, OR | 6’5, 263 | Oregon
An Oregon Ducks commit, Voeller is consider the 12th best overall offensive tackle in the nation according to ESPN. At the same time Voeller is the #181 overall player on the ESPN 300 player rankings. Voeller brings traits of run and space blocking with him to the Under Armour All-America Game that has helped him become one of the best in the nation at the offensive tackle position.

#50 Na’Ty Rodgers | McDonough HS | Pomfret, MD | 6’4, 285 | Undeclared
Na’Ty Rodgers is one of the best pure blocking tackles in the entire Mid-Atlantic region of the country and has drawn interest from schools across the country. Some schools looking to earn his services at the next level includes South Carolina, Arkansas, Maryland and Oklahoma.

#62 Derwin Gray | Friendship Collegiate Academy | Washington DC | 6’5, 280 | Maryland
Committed to Maryland on June 15, 2012, Derwin Gray will be one of two players representing the nation’s capital and Friendship Collegiate Academy on Team Nitro. Gray will be one of the more physical tackles in the game and could be a diamond in the rough for the Terrapins over the long haul of his collegiate career.

#64 Dorian Johnson | Belle Vernon HS | Belle Vernon, PA | 6’6, 285 | Pittsburgh
Rated as the 22nd best collegiate prospect on the ESPN 150 and the top rated player in the state of Pennsylvania, Dorian Johnson will have plenty of eyes watching his every move on the offensive line. Johnson has quickly earned a reputation as one of the nation’s top blocking tackle prospects in the country. Dorian committed to Pittsburgh on November 18 after decommitting from Penn State on August 8 after the Penn State Sexual Assault scandal dominated the national and worldwide headlines along with the penalties handed down from the NCAA.

#71 Logan Tuley-Tillman | Manual HS | Peoria, IL | 6’7, 314 | Michigan
In terms of size, Logan Tuley-Tillman is the largest player that will be on the field of the 2013 Under Armour All-America Game. Not only is his size a factor, his attributes as a blocker has earned him very high marks with a wide variety of programs across the country including schools such as Alabama, USC, TCU, Oklahoma State and Notre Dame just to name a few. A member of the USA National Team at the Under-19 World Championships this past summer, Tuley-Tillman committed to the Michigan Wolverines on February 19 and is rated as the 105th best player in the country and ninth best offensive tackle according to the ESPN 150.

#78 Cameron Hunt | Centennial HS | Corona, CA | 6’4, 267 | California
Cameron Hunt is a player that will count on his physical style of play to help get him in position to make an impact at the next level. A member of the 2012 CIF Open Division State Runner ups at Corona Centennial, Hunt is rated as the 220th top player in nation according to the ESPN 150. Hunt’s commitment to the California Golden Bears has come into a new crossroad as the Bears coaching change room Jeff Tedford to Sonny Dykes occurred. Schools such as Nebraska, Oregon and Michigan have come into play and a switch in commitment is possible during Under Armour Week.
