#27 K/P Sean Covington | St. Petersburg HS | St. Petersburg, FL | 6’1, 175 | UCLA
Consider the top kicking prospect in the state of Florida, Covington is ranked the 2nd best overall kicker in the nation, according to ESPN. Covington has the abilities of being able to kick and punt the ball great distances that force opposing teams to start deep in their own territory. Covington has been committed to UCLA since October. He also had interest in schools like Miami (FL) and South Florida as well.
#97 LS Tyler Kluver | Marshalltown HS | Marshalltown, IA | 6’0, 285 | Iowa
Kluver is consider the 4th best overall long snapper in the nation according to ESPN. Kluver committed to Iowa as a walk on back in September of 2012. Kluver also had interest in other schools including Iowa State and Minnesota.
#90 K Ryan Santoso | Pace HS | Pace, FL | 6’5, 270 | Minnesota
Long consider one of the best kickers in the state of Florida for the Class of 2013, Santoso is consider the 7th best overall kicker in the nation, according to ESPN. Santoso has been a leader in helping his team reach the playoffs the last few seasons, calling upon him to make the kicks needed to win. Santoso committed to Minnesota back around Christmas and also had held another offer from South Alabama.
#27 P Shane Tripucka | Allen HS | Allen, TX | 6’3, 210 | Undeclared
Tripucka has a leg that can both punt and kick that has been seen by many people this season in Texas, during Allen’s state championship run. Tripucka is consider the 31st best overall kicker in the nation, according to ESPN, but is consider one of the top kicking prospects in the nation. Schools that could be in the possible mix for Tripucka’s services included Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Texas and Texas State among others.
#71 LS Brendan Turelli | Arcadia HS | Phoenix, AZ | 6’2, 240 | Undeclared
Undecided where he will be headed next in his football career, Turelli is consider the nation’s best overall high school long snapper, according to ESPN. Turelli has heard from schools including Air Force, Arizona State, TCU and Boise State among others who might be interested in adding him on as a long snapper. However, he currently holds no offers, but they could be ready and waiting by the time national signing day rolls around.
