Class of 2014 Top Wide Receivers

Usually most teams will have a wide receiver or two that will be the biggest threats to opposing defenses, especially if the quarterback and can throw it high and deep to his target. These guys listed below are just part of a talented crop of wide receivers in Florida for the Class of 2014

1. Ermon Lane \| 6’2 \| 175 \| Homestead

2. Artavis Scott \| 5’11 \| 175 \| East Lake
Verbal Commitment			The Scoop
Committed to Clemson			Scott has been a key part for East Lake’s offense and has been a top target for the quarterback to throw alongside 2015 team mate George Campbell. Scott was also a recent participant in The Opening.

3. Johnnie Dixon \| 5’11 \| 193 \| Dwyer

Alabama Florida Miami (FL) Ohio State			Being heavily recruited by Florida and Miami, Dixon appears to be one that could stay home for college. Meanwhile, Dixon will finish out his last year at Dwyer and he will be called upon to help the Panther reclaim the district title that was swiped last year by Delray Atlantic.

4. Corey Holmes \| 6’2 \| 172 \| St. Thomas Aquinas

Committed to Notre Dame			Recently committed to Notre Dame, Holmes was instrumental for helping getting St. Thomas Aquinas their second state championship win in three years. This year Holmes will be catching balls from a different signal caller as John O’Korn has graduated and moved on.

5. Travis Rudolph \| 6’1 \| 186 \| Cardinal Newman

Auburn Florida Georgia Miami (FL) Oregon Vanderbilt			Rudolph has the dynamics to be a top wide receiver and could rise up the charts depending on his play during the season. He will once again be called upon to be a threat and help keep opposing defenses on the field during the season.
