PLAYOFF WATCH: Class 6A scenarios for Week 9

Here is a complete list of clinching and elimination scenarios for Week 9 (Oct 24-26).

DISTRICT 6A-1
Pace (4-4, 3-0) – Can clinch District Championship with win over Escambia OR can clinch District Runner-up with loss to Escambia AND Washington (Pensacola) loss to Pensacola AND Milton loss to Pine Forest.
Escambia (6-1, 3-0) – Can clinch District Championship with win over Pace AND Washington (Pensacola) loss to Pensacola AND Milton loss to Pine Forest OR Can clinch District Runner-up with loss to Pace AND Washington (Pensacola) loss to Pensacola AND Milton loss to Pine Forest.
Washington (3-4, 1-2) – Can be eliminated with loss to Pensacola.
Pensacola (1-6, 1-2) – Can be eliminated with loss to Washington (Pensacola) OR with Escambia win over Pace AND Milton loss to Pine Forest.
Milton (1-7, 1-2) – Can be eliminated with loss to Pine Forest.
Pine Forest (1-7, 1-2) – Can be eliminated with loss to Milton OR with Escambia win over Pace AND Washington (Pensacola) loss to Pensacola.

DISTRICT 6A-2
No district action this week, however Navarre is the District Champion. Choctawhatchee and Fort Walton Beach will meet next week to decide the district runner-up.

DISTRICT 6A-3
Ed White (6-1, 4-0) – Can clinch District Championship with win over Middleburg.
Orange Park (4-3, 2-2) – Can be eliminated with loss to Terry Parker OR with Middleburg win over Ed White.

DISTRICT 6A-4
St. Augustine (6-1, 2-0) – Can clinch District Championship with win over Creekside.
Matanzas (2-5, 0-2) – Can be eliminated with loss to Bartram Trail.

DISTRICT 6A-5
Gainesville (6-1, 3-0) – Can clinch District Championship with win over Citrus OR District Runner-up with loss to Citrus.
Citrus (7-0, 2-0) – Can clinch District Championship with win over Gainesville OR District Runner-up with loss to Gainesville AND Lake Weir loss to Vanguard (Ocala).
Forest (Ocala) (2-5, 1-2) – Can be eliminated with Citrus win over Gainesville OR Citrus loss to Gainesville AND Vanguard (Ocala) win over Lake Weir.
Vanguard (Ocala) (3-4, 0-2) – Can be eliminated with Citrus win over Gainesville OR Citrus loss to Gainesville AND win over Lake Weir.
Lake Weir (1-5-1, 0-2) – Can be eliminated with Citrus win over Gainesville OR Citrus loss to Gainesville AND Vanguard (Ocala) win over Lake Weir.

DISTRICT 6A-6
Sunlake (6-1, 2-0) – Can clinch District Championship with Land O’Lakes loss to Fivay.
Fivay (3-4, 0-2) – Can be eliminated with loss to Land O’Lakes.

DISTRICT 6A-7
No district action this week, however Largo is the District Champion. Venice and Osceola (Seminole) will meet next week to determine the District Runner-up.

DISTRICT 6A-8
Armwood (7-0, 6-0) – Can clinch District Championship with win over King.
Jefferson (6-1, 5-1) – Can clinch District Runner-up with win over Chamberlain.
Hillsborough (5-2, 5-2) – Can be eliminated with Jefferson win over Chamberlain.
Chamberlain (4-4, 4-2) – Can be eliminated with loss to Jefferson.

DISTRICT 6A-9
Seabreeze (5-1, 2-0)  – Can clinch playoff berth with win over Pine Ridge.
New Smyrna Beach (2-5, 1-2) – Can be eliminated with loss to Deltona OR with Seabreeze win over Pine Ridge.
Deltona (0-6-1, 0-2) – Can be eliminated with loss to New Smyrna Beach OR with Seabreeze win over Pine Ride.
Pine Ridge (0-7, 0-2) – Can be eliminated with loss to Seabreeze.

DISTRICT 6A-10
No district action this week and all four teams (Lake Minneola, South Lake, Leesburg and Edgewater) are still alive in the playoff hunt.

DISTRICT 6A-11
No district action this week, however Winter Haven is the district champion. Lake Gibson and Sebring will meet next week to determine the district runner-up.

DISTRICT 6A-12
No district action this week and no team has clinched or been eliminated in this district. South Fort Myers, Ida Baker, East Lee County and Lehigh are all still alive.

DISTRICT 6A-13
Naples (5-2, 2-0) – Can clinch District Championship with win over Palmetto Ridge.
Gulf Coast 93-4, 0-2) – Can be eliminated with loss to Barron Collier.
Barron Collier (2-4, 0-2) – Can be eliminated with loss to Gulf Coast.

DISTRICT 6A-14
Heritage (7-0, 4-0) – Can clinch playoff berth with win over South Fork.
Bayside (6-1, 4-0) – Can clinch playoff berth with win over Okeechobee.
South Fork (3-4, 2-2) – Can be eliminated with loss to Heritage.
Port St. Lucie (2-4, 2-2) – Can be eliminated with loss to Fort Pierce Westwood OR Bayside win over Okeechobee.

DISTRICT 6A-15
Dillard (5-2, 5-0) – Can be clinch District Championship with win over Suncoast.
Coconut Creek (5-3, 3-2) – Can be eliminated with loss to Boynton Beach.
Stranahan (3-4, 3-2) – Can be eliminated with loss to Hallandale.

DISTRICT 6A-16
Miami Central (6-1, 3-0) – Can clinch District Championship with win over Miami Carol City.
