FLAG FOOTBALL: How the Class 2A Top 10 fared after Week 2

Here is how the Top 10 in Class 2A fared last week. All information is accurate as possible and not responsible for missing or incorrect scores.

1. Seminole Ridge (4-0)
The Lady Hawks continue to roll through their schedule having only given up six points so far this season as they pushed past Palm Beach Gardens (33-0), 2A No. 2 Everglades (25-6) and Palm Beach Gardens (33-0) last week.

2. Everglades (3-1)
Split on games last week, dropping a 25-6 decision to 2A No. 1 Seminole Ridge while getting a 28-0 shutout win over McArthur.

3. Oak Ridge (3-0)
Had a solid 35-13 win over Orlando Freedom last week before heading into spring break this week.

4. Fleming Island (2-0)
The Lady Golden Eagles were off last week due to spring break in Clay County and will get back in on the action tomorrow against Oakleaf.

5. Apopka (3-0)
Picked up two more win this week and has only given up 7 total points so far this season. The Lady Blue Darters picked up wins over Colonial (35-7) and Wekiva (33-0).

6. Alonso (2-0)
The Lady Ravens were off last week due to Hillsborough County’s spring break. They get back in on the action this week

7. Plant (1-0)
The Lady Panthers were off last week due to Hillsborough County’s spring break. They get back in on the action this week.

8. Timber Creek (2-1)
Split games last week defeating West Orange 6-0, while dropping a key district game against Boone, 26-13.

9. Taravella (2-0)
Got the season off to a big start, winning their first two games with a 6-0 decision over Deerfield Beach, while posting a second shutout, 20-0, over Coral Springs.

10. Plant City (0-0)
The Lady Raiders were on spring break last week and haven’t played in a game yet this season, but that will change this week when they play Tampa Bay Tech and East Bay.
