Season Outlook: Coming off their best season in school history with a state runner-up finish, the Titans of Tampa Bay Tech are hungry for more in 2022. 16 of 22 starters are returning for the Titans with those numbers split evenly on each side of the ball which makes it huge for the Titan in their chances for the potential to make another deep playoff run or a second straight appearance in a state championship game. However, the challenge this year will be first to emerge out of the district as district champions to make that playoff run. As such, perennial power Seffner Armwood now resides in the district along with a rising team in Tampa Wharton that will test everything that the Titans have this season. Overall, it should be a successful season but with a challenge attached to it.
