The 2026 high school football season is here, and that means it is time for the Enhanced Florida Power Rankings Index (FPRI) to start making its picks.
Each week throughout the season, FloridaHSFootball.com will provide a free forecast for every game involving teams across the Sunshine State, giving fans a quick look at which team the FPRI projects to win and the projected margin.
The FPRI enters the 2026 season following a complete rebuild based on lessons learned during the 2025 tackle football and 2026 girls flag football seasons. Team ratings, strength of schedule, performance data and other sport-specific factors work together to create the numbers behind each matchup.
The weekly forecast provides the projected winner and margin for everyone. Season Ticket subscribers get the complete predictive layer behind every game, including the projected final score and win probability for both teams.
Click here to view the Week 0 projected scores and win probabilities.
Game forecasts are organized by the classification of the projected winning team. When the projected winner and opponent compete in different classifications, the opponent’s classification is shown in parentheses. If both teams compete in the same classification, no designation is shown.
