The first full week of the 2026 Florida high school football season delivered exactly what makes forecasting this state difficult: upsets, overtime finishes, out-of-state tests and plenty of early-season movement.
The Enhanced Florida Power Rankings Index enters Week 2 after going 183-99-1 (.648) in Week 1. Combined with Week 0, FPRI is now 206-112-1 (.647) for the season.
