Those reasons are not enough to be an expert on officiating and what officials are looking for Longtime Observer. To quote Jim Mora when he was the Head Coach of the New Orleans Saints to reporters questioning the team's strategies and play calls: "You don't know what we are trying to achieve and are looking for. You are NOT qualified to critique and rate officials and officiating, because I am telling you that you are not qualified.
