Could be interesting to see what kind of momentum Dillard brings with them after making the playoffs last season. I know St. Thomas Aquinas is a challenge for almost anyone so I can understand what you are saying by clear favorite.

Hearing through several people that Plant will play Sandy Creek (GA) on Week 1. It will be a road game for the Panthers. Working to actually confirm this information now.

South Miami was the team they wanted to play, but Varela got them first...so basically Southridge now needs a game for that week.

Just talk to Cheryl Golden with the Greater Miami Athletic Conference (GMAC) and Miami Southridge is in need of a Week 11 game. They will need to host this game and do have a stadium site that it can be played at. Contact Golden at the GMAC at (305) 995-1250 if you want to make a trip to Miami and take on Miami Southridge.

Yeah first game but it is a preseason game....I looked even at MaxPreps and they are playing Plant on preseason week. Just happens to be that Fox Sports Florida is going to carry the game. Too bad it wont count.
