With Lakeland falling at home and Osceola still failing to win a game, Class 4S appears to be wide open for the taking based upon Week 3 results.

1. Lakeland (1-2)
How They Fared: The Dreadnaughts struggled to find their way in a very tough loss to St. Joseph’s Prep out of Pennsylvania as Zander Smith threw two interceptions that eventually led to points for the visiting Hawks.
2. Vero Beach (2-0)
How They Fared: The Indians made up their game on Wednesday against 4M Palm Beach Gardens a with 26-11 victory behind Tyler Aronson’s 302 yards passing and two touchdowns. WR Isaiah Roberts had 102 yards receiving on 8 catches along with a touchdown in the game, while Jonathan Hillsman had 204 total yards of offense and a rushing touchdown.
3. Buchholz (Gainesville) (3-0)
How They Fared: There was not much the Bobcats did wrong as they shut the door on city rival 2S Eastside (Gainesville) to stay undefeated on the season.
4. Treasure Coast (Port St. Lucie) (3-0)
How They Fared: The Titans took down a very tough 4M Seminole (Sanford) team on Friday with a 14-9 victory to remain undefeated on the season.

5. Bartram Trail (St. Johns) (2-1)
How They Fared: While Bartram Trail led late in their game against 3S Mainland (Daytona Beach), the Bears came up short in a 28-24 loss to the visiting Buccaneers. This was the second straight game that quarterback Riley Trujillo has not played in the game.
6. Venice (1-2)
How They Fared: After stumbling the first two weeks of the season, the Indians finally made things right with a 63-46 victory over Miami Northwestern at Traz Powell Stadium in Miami.

7. Manatee (Bradenton) (3-0)
How They Fared: The Hurricanes are keeping things going as they trounced Charlotte (Punta Gorda) with a 46-7 victory. Andrew Heidel threw for 153 yards and 2 touchdowns in the victory for the Hurricanes.

8. Niceville (2-1)
How They Fared: The Eagles suffered their first loss of the season as Kane Lafortune threw 3 interceptions in a 28-14 loss to 3S (Tallahassee).
9. Osceola (Kissimmee) (0-3)
How They Fared: The Kowboys are still winless after suffering a 28-20 home defeat to 3M Jones (Orlando).
10. Lake Gibson (Lakeland) (3-0)
How They Fared: The Braves remain undefeated on the season, picking up a 26-20 victory over Lehigh (Lehigh Acres). Joel Morris threw for 162 yards and 2 passing touchdowns while also adding a rushing touchdown in the victory. Fentrell Graham rushed for 143 yards, while OLB Wade Tyer collected 12 tackles and 2 tackles for loss in the victory. LB Quinton Moore Jr. had 3 sacks out of the 8 sacks recorded by the Braves.
