Skinny: The Indians turned up the temperature last week blowing out Sarasota 71-0, which marks the second time that the Indians have scored 70 points on the season. Quarterback Colin Blazek (2021) went 9-of-11 for 189 yards passing and three touchdowns while five different running backs for the Indians scored a combined seven touchdowns with Carson Smith (2022) leading the way with 96 yards rushing on 12 carries while Dylan Turner (2021) and Austin Debrun (2022) each had two touchdowns for the Indians. Defensively, three sacks were collected while Charles Brantley (2021) and Logan Ballard (2022) each had an interception in the game. For the Dreadnaughts they got a solid performance from quarterback Mason Martin (2022) who went 8-of-14 passing for 170 yards, tossing three touchdown passes in the 44-0 win at Strawberry Crest. Meanwhile, the Dreadnaughts defense held Strawberry Crees to 21 yards of total offense last week.
