Columbia will get better as season goes along but right now we got our backs to a wall and a sword sticking on our neck, Lee might be our toughest challenge in our district and we play them in 2 days at home and have literly no momentum heading into a must win game, we got to get our act together and fast bc we don't have any time to waste, it sink or swim for rest of year, too much talent on this Columbia team to not make something with it and with all the hours the players and coaches put in we shouldn't be 1-2 Not only do the coaches and players stay here working till dark wether it film, lifting weights, conditioning, or on field drills and heck, the coaches come up here on weekends to study film and even offer the players to come do the same, too much time that the people here invest to fail, we HAVE to play better then we have so far, I see the defense almost fully clicking as we started to handle the pass better last week, but offense has got to start sustaining drives, putting up points, and most of all, no turnovers Ok rant over lol

Does Trenton play Newberry this year?

Yeah but how many of those 9 teams would even come close to beating them? And their were teams with worse losses then STA

With Buchholz I noticed them taking a upward trend when we went down to citizens 2 years ago they took us to our limit and came 5 yards from winning and I knew after that game that Buchholz would be back to contending in the very near future and I see that my hunch was correct

Do you think fort white gets pushed back up if they still over?

Ik for sure fort white was over the limit and I think union county too but wasent Madison over the limit on original count? Also they do allow you to move up or down if it within like 100 of it if it for travel purposes, Columbia was over the 7a limit by about 50 last year and we actually petitioned to stay in 6a but got deniyed, probley a blessing in long run

I think every county has some form of a charter school but a lot of those don't have athletic teams, there are some that are academic only

Yeah but they got more then 2 or 3 bc they can regularly contend and beat teams in high classes who have more depth Question is would 1a be too easy for them?

Early in season, we will see who the best ones are later in the season once the teams start to gel

From what I seen defense is almost completely clicked on and should be solid for rest of year, offense still got work to do and I really hope they figure it out so we can be successful the rest of season

It only forfeit if it on gameday once officials show up, if cancelled before then it just as if game was never scheduled

We got great coaching staff and plenty of talent but things felt off last 2 weeks and hope this Friday we can out it all behind us and start playing the way we are capable of doing

If Columbia was on it's game I would pick us to win by a good margin but right now I don't know what to expect out of us, I don't even know what to expect Friday against Lee, I'm hoping our talent and coaching will overcome the slump we been in last 2 weeks and regain the focus we need to compete with the top teams that our talent and coaching is capable of doing, guess we will find out Friday if Columbia got the focus back or not in a must win game in our first home game since viera
