  1. This is a great post. Welcome to the message board, Hssports. You have made more great points in this one post than several other posters have made in years of posting to this message board. Thank you again.
  2. You have no clue if I am an official or not.
  3. That is good to read. Keep the compliments coming. Since you are not qualified to critique or rate officials or officiating, complimenting me seems to be something that you might have some knowledge of, maybe.
  4. Thank you for the COMPLIMENT!
  5. How I act in my life, in any situation, is none of your business either.
  6. Whatever or however I act in my life, in any situation, is none of your business.
  7. You are as qualified as Longtime Observer to rate and critique high school officials or officiating. That means not-at-all.
  8. I will repeat this again. You have no qualifications and are not qualified to critique and rate high school officials or officiating. You don't know anything about the subject, you think that you know, but you don't know, and you NEVER WILL.
  9. I repeat, you know nothing about high school officiating, and you never will. Thankfully, officials do not have to deal with people like you too often.
  10. There would be no High School Football games if that happened.
  11. How about this ExplorerHomer2, provide officials with pensions, paid sick time, health insurance, etc. similar to what other Government Employees receive and then we can talk about officials being "public servants" who have to answer to the whims of fans who sit in the bleachers and cheer. How about that?
  12. The issue is that you don't what you are talking about when it comes to officials, officiating, and the concerns, problems, that officials care about and deal with. Have you ever wondered why there is a severe shortage of High School Sports Officials Nationwide?
  13. Hahahaha, thank you for the great laugh, Trelle!
  14. You don't tell me what to do, and I will talk as long as I want to, cribboy305.
  15. You have no authority to make a comment or judgement like that.
  16. If the foul occurred when the ball had already been caught, then the penalty enforcement would be from the spot of the foul. If the ball had not been caught when the foul occurred, then the penalty enforcement would be from the previous spot.
  17. Hold on, when the foul was committed had the ball already been caught by the receiver?
  18. I can assure that I am dead serious Longtime Observer. You are not qualified to critique and rate officials and officiating, you don't know what officials are looking for and you never will, and no official will explain that to you with your preconceived notions.
  19. Nope, I do this on my own to educate and hold people accountable when officiating is a topic on this message board cribboy305.
  20. After the big hurricane in 2017, most to almost all games were made up on Monday, Tuesday, and even Saturday Nights, later in the season. Teams were willing to play two games in less than 7 days to make sure all games were played, even JV games. That should be considered again hopefully.
  21. The play was a pass, correct?
  22. If a player stepped out of bounds on his own without being pushed out by an opponent, that is an Illegal Participation Foul. 15 yards from the previous spot since that was a loose-ball play(passing) and replay the down. The touchdown is canceled.
  23. Beek, I hope that you and your team and players are staying safe and I wish you all the best as always. Most posters on this message board know and respect the job that you are doing at Poinciana, and I wish that there were more High School Coaches like you.
  24. Did you ever determine if the penalty was a Personal Foul or an Unsportsmanlike Conduct Foul, DarterBlue2?
  25. Yes, water, iced tea, and Pepsi. The only beer that I drink is root beer.
