Just wanted to point out that Bruce and Scarlett were at University School before they decided to "tone down" football. Every good rising junior and senior left. Half went to AHP and half to STA.

They could play twenty times and STA would put a running clock on them 20 times. Not as close as I thought it would be. The Venice players fought till end and showed good sportsmanship.

Venice coaches ran team up behind STA as they went into locker room at halftime. Confronted coaches trying to get team off the field. No class. Good kids. Disciplined players. Nothing to be ashamed of. Just overwhelmed by talent.

The QB started as a sophmore before transferring to STA. Just stick to what you know. What I believe is Venice could win but the odds are against them. That's why the game is played.

Venice should come and they could win. My only problem was your comment of STAs "so called all stars". Venice has talent and discipline.

The star rating system is questionable but the talent level isn't. Not sure about the QBs previous school but he was a sophmore then so don't get caught up on irrelevant facts. Venice will need STA to play poorly to have a shot. Instead of star ratings just look at how many kids wil be playing D1 football.

STA fans are true fans and are a class act. The word is that Venice is too. Be more concerned with the competition because it is daunting.
