What about the 16-17 year old players on the teams that did not get procedural penalties in the 15th game of the season? Which full-grown adult officiating crew are you referring to who "screwed up"?

It might be an indicator, but you gotta remember you are dealing with mostly 16-17 year olds and I don't hold them to as high a standard as a full-grown adult officiating that screws up.
