It is. It’s every star player for the broward on the broward team and the same for dade. Been going on for years.    but iMO That’s different from having the top 9 Broward teams vs the top 9 dade teams in a Broward vs dade classic to start the year, and it goes on your record.    iMO that would be a huge money maker event. 

Is every 4 and 5 star player in that game? If so it would look like a National all star game. 

That would still be a thing. But that happens after the seasons over.    this would be teams vs teams, more would be on the line. Records, rankings, along wit county bragging rights 

I like this but I just don't know if this would happen though.
