This is for all officials in this forum.    Please tell me what rule, not opinion. precludes a team from using a kicking ball. If a team presents the ball pregame to the officials and the ball is deemed legal. The kicker walks out on the field to do a kickoff, therefore no extra time was used getting the ball in the game. The official refused the "legal" ball and said it want a game ball, even though it was inspected and marked by the officiating crew. We were told Nope, cant use that, its a kicking ball cant use that.    I want rules , not opinions!

How do you blow a team out but drop further in the rankings from that same team. There are so many examples of this system being a joke but this is even easy for the goofs in Gainesville to see. Imagine if you ran a small business the exact same way the FHSAA is ran...

The FL power rankings are completely broken.  Any high school algebra two student can come up with something better than this.  I am a mathematician so this really drives me up the wall.  If you don't want margin of victory in the formula, then your formula is broken.  There is nothing more to say.

I think 8-4.  Waiting for the official’s review, possible criticism of the call, appearance by Jambun and then discussion of the details.
