Nolebull813, Sorry, I didn't see this. Great question. The way it works is the Power Number reflects a team's potential. This is the number that dictates the forecasted point spread. The Ranking Number (referenced above) includes a formula I created years ago that incorporates a "winning edge" factor into the mix. Also, I find it interesting that both Arnold and Gainesville lost this past weekend. You picked two good ones.
