Well they were 3rd and goal at the 1 but got a penalty, then a sack and then missed a FG, they later missed another FG. Lakeland had a long Passing TD called back by penalty. So really only left 10 points at most.

Lakeland running game doing well, one drive ate up 7 minutes of the 2nd Qtr. Lakeland made it's FG, St. Thomas missed their 2 attempts. So far so good.

Lakeland certainly tightened up on the issues of last week. 49-14 going to the 4th. LHS Defense is awfully good but for 4 plays against Plant. I will be rooting for Lakeland obviously, should be a heck of a game.

Milton actually dislocated his knee, not broken, but it could be a career ender . Teddy Bridgwater had a similar injury and he came back 2 years later...wish it had been a break...he is a fun player to watch and very talented. I too think UCF wins comfortably in a high scoring affair.

Well I am going to Lakeland/Edgewater tomorrow and I will be planning on Lakeland Winning... I look forward to either Venice and or St.Thomas.

Plant hit 4 big pass plays. 2 Were long bomb, single play drive, TD's, One set up a TD and another was a TD when a defender slipped. Lakeland eventually tightened up as gwdrum75 stated. At one point it was an 11 point difference then Lakeland tightened up and made it a 26 point margin. While Lakeland scored every time it had the ball during that part of the game. Plant did not. While I discount nobody, LHS secondary hopefully learned a lesson. How is Edegewater"s rush defense?
