Next season I won't be late to the party!

You guessed right! 
 And the prize for guessing right is me telling you to make sure you put your picks in during the first week of the season and so on. 
 

I guess my 8-2 week wasn't worth a mention lol.

Great talent does not necessarily equate to great teams.

Very interested in seeing how this one turns out. 

Best shot at an out of state win this week is Rockledge. I expect it to be a competitive game atleast.
The Edgewater vs Marietta game is very interesting but Fla schools haven't done well in Ga this season.
Mater Dei looks like the best team in the country hands down this season IMO. That St. Frances team is the real deal and MD had no trouble dispatching them. IMG/St. Frances will be interesting. I think the bulk of IMG's squad is underclassmen this season. 

If IMG is Golovkin then SFA Canelo. I watched the highlights of the game as well and SFA held their own for a good portion of the game. But if you play a perfect game and make the right adjustments against a team like Mater Dei, then there's no way you will have a chance to beat a team of that caliber no matter how good you are. But honestly, IMG vs SFA is a 50/50 game. Should be a great one.

Nooo lol i was talking about a possible round 3 dillard vs miami central matchup lol.
Those two met last year @ dillard in the 1st round and dillard led 7-6 in the 2nd qt. It was 21-14 MC at the half.
28-20  MC with under 3 min the play with dillard having 1st and goal at the rockets 3 yard line b4 fumbling. And MC ended up winning.
Fast forward to this year these two are on a obvioud collision course barring any major upsets along the way.

I agree. They are better than that.

Palmetto at #39 is comical. 

Gaither is in Region 2.  Their biggest obstacles to making it to the final four will be Clearwater or Largo.  In short, they've got a relatively easy path to make it to the state semis, where anything can happen.
