with the new legislation, HB 538, this should put an end to these types of things, for both schools.  rise prep is in dade county, is there one in palm beach county? boca? the non traditional student, such as those at rise prep, would have to go to a school in dade county to play sports. im sure there is some sort of loophole that someone has already figured out, to circumvent this.
